My Client is one of the largest employers within the APAC region and globally. With over 300,000 employees across 40 countries they recognise that their people are the key to their success. A rare opportunity has become available within their bid team based in Melbourne.
As Bid Manager you will be responsible for developing tailored solutions that support the business across all market sectors and services in Australia. You will be required to tailor written proposal and utilise your exceptional communication skills to proactively engage with the stakeholders, sales teams, operations and the broader business. You will also be responsible for managing a small bids team.
With your strong project management and bids experience you will ensure that all bids are coordinated and completed within the specified timeframes. As with all bid / tender roles, you will be required to perform under pressure so strong organisational skills are essential. Previous experience within the services sector is extremely desirable and team management essential.
